Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer globally. Every year there is an increase in new cases and death rates due to cervical cancer, which occurs mainly in developing countries. Radiotherapy is the primary treatment modality for cervical cancer, especially in advanced stages. Cancer patients are susceptible to malnutrition and cachexia, which can affect the clinical response to radiotherapy. This study aims to examine the relationship between nutritional status and the clinical response to radiotherapy in patients with advanced cervical cancer.
